i have a confession to make: i've finally bought into the hype surrounding New Yoik songstress Lady GaGa and yep, that name is indeed a reference to Queen's 'Radio Ga-Ga'. when i first heard 'Just Dance' at the beginning of the summer, i thought it was an okay-ish pop song but i couldn't even begin to fathom why everyone was creaming themselves over it.

yesterday i heard it again in some lame fan-made YouTube video and i had to slap myself: i too had fallen for the hype. O NOEZ! i then proceeded to download it and listen to it continuously for about an hour. after taking a break to listen to one or two MGMT tracks, i reverted back to my GaGa guilty pleasure for the rest of the day. what can i say, this track is just simply an absolute pop masterpiece!

because i'm feeling generous (or evil, depending on how you feel about this sexy chica) i have decided to provide you with a few tracks of hers. as an added bonus you'll find the new New Kids on the Block tune on which she features. her cameo sounds like a cross between Fergie and the Pussycat Dolls yet still manages to sound surprisingly good!

p.s. was anyone else convinced she says 'red wine' and 'goddamn' at the beginning of 'Just Dance' or is it just me? i later found out she apparently says 'red one' and 'GaGa', which would probably make more sense.
